For dressage Cooper has 3 good rhythmic paces with natural swing and elevation. His movement is straight and he has an outstanding walk. Cooper has just started lateral work and with his great trainability and temperament has the potential for the higher levels of dressage.
For showjumping Cooper displays great scope and technique. Cooper loves to jump and is very careful. Cooper is currently training at 110cm with the potential to jump 130cm and even 140cm.
For eventing .Cooper has all the ingredients to follow in his sire's (Contenda) highly successful footsteps. Contenda's progeny need no introduction to the eventing scene with both amateur and international standard professional riders alike competing them with enormous success.Cooper is a 5/8th's brother to Wimborne Constable who is currently having huge success eventing with Heath Ryan.

Cooper's sale price has been reduced in acknowledgment of an injury he sustained in the paddock as a young horse prior to being broken in. This injury has never caused any soundness issues at all, including when the accident actually occurred.
Wimborne Coopers sire is the dual purpose sire, Contenda. Contenda combines the elite dual purpose blood of Contendro1, Contender, Calypso 11, Cor De La Bryere with the dressage line of Bolero and the sporthorse line of Der Lowe(xx).
Wimborne Coopers dam, Wimborne Flirtatious, is by the well known thorougbred stallion,Flamboyant, out of the Ludendorf/Wesuw mare, Christadorf. Wimborne Flirtatious is a full sister to stallion Remembrance Day. Flamboyant (XX) won SA Novice Dressage Horse of the Year under Heather Currie before being purchased by Susannah Mcgarrity and winning Supreme led Thoroughbred exhibit at Sydney Royal Easter Show. Ludendorf was himself an advanced 3 day eventer as well as a sire of many FEI level dressage horses and 3 star eventers.
